Ce dessin reprend avec précision un groupe de maisons qui figure sur un tableau réalisé par Jan Brueghel en 1611 « Saint Martin divisant son manteau ».The black and red pen highlights, the seated figure on the left and the furrow lines in the lower right quarter are probably later and by a different hand / Les rehauts de plume noire et rouge, le personnage assis sur la gauche et les traits de sillon dans le quart inférieur droit sont vraisemblablement postérieurs et d’une autre main.
